Acupressure for Sinus Pain, Colds, and Flu

Here's a tip that's brief but useful:

For stuffy nose and sinus pain caused by colds and flu, the acupressure point lies in the webbed skin between the thumb and index finger on either hand. Gently hold or rub this skin for 5 minutes or so at a time, once an hour, for gentle, non-chemical relief.
